2008 Black Morgan Mare

Wind Storm’s nickname is Begger because she wants to be near you. If you check her blood lines, you will find exceptional size and a good smattering of well-known Morgans.

We brought in the Canadian stallion Baptiste Winston Kodalta who goes back to Speedking. Begger’s dam’s sire was Nancy Nard’s Ragtime Arizona Gold. Talk about size and sand—Bar Non Wind Storm has it all.

We are always sad when our good old stock takes a walk to horse heaven, but we
thank the Lord for sharing them with us for a while. It was a sad day when this mare’s dam Windy Spring died. As the expression goes, you can’t keep them all.

We reacquired Bar Non Wind Storm’s daughter Bar Non Sakari. Although still a young mare, Sakari is already at 15.3 hh. She is in our broodmare band; her first foal is everything we were hoping to get. We expect that Bar Non Sakari will throw the same size and the good disposition we loved in her dam and granddam.
